Job Description
Responsibilities:
As an Intern – Social Media Manager at Cronix, here are some responsibilities you will typically take on:
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging, creative, and relevant content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform.
- Schedule posts and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent activity.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth).
- Conduct research on current social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to stay ahead.
- Assist in running social media campaigns and contests to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy and branding initiatives.
- Help develop strategies for increasing followers and engagement on each platform.
- Contribute ideas for content that will resonate with our audience and support business goals.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying on top of social media trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative thinking and a keen sense for visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
