Job Description
Responsibilities:
As an Intern – Project Manager at Cronix, here are some responsibilities you will typically take on:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing web development projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate tasks and communicate with team members (developers, designers, and other stakeholders) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Help maintain project documentation, including timelines, task lists, and status reports.
- Assist in identifying potential risks or issues and work with the team to mitigate them.
- Participate in project meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Assist in ensuring that client requirements are met and that web projects align with the company’s goals.
- Support the project team in testing and quality assurance phases of the web development process.
- Learn and apply project management best practices and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in web development and digital projects.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira is a plus.
